QCT+3P - Super Head Crush

Juggernaut can "take hits" and retaliate very quickly; there are some attacks where this doesn't work, and if you're in the middle of a combo you can't retaliate either. But if it's just a single hit; STRIKE BACK!
After using the Power Up move, Juggernaut will flash and take off tons of damage while he's flashing.
